Share a Development Robot in Chicago area (USA)

it would seem that teams would benefit from collaboration with other teams and perhaps share a development robot. This might allow an educational team with limited resources to modify code and test it just like the most serious teams. Is anyone in the Chicago, USA area interested in collaboration on this side of the Atlantic.
