Rule change in the event of a tie

Just a short post to alert people to a change to the rules.

In the event of a tie for positions, in the first instance, the total number of laps completed will be used to decide ordering. If there is still a tie on points and number of laps completed, the maximum number of laps completed in any point scoring round will be used.

For example:

Position Team Name Number Points Laps Maximum Laps
1st Robot 1 42 50 45 30
2st Robot 2 42 50 45 20

This rule change will be implemented from Winter 2018 Round 6 onward.
